A slight step up from Raindance in terms of difficulty. Overhanging, blocky corner to a difficult move past a seriously sharp pocket (hence the name "Scalper") at the top of corner. The last few bolts remain steep but on easier terrain, especially if you go left.

To the left of Raindance, look for the obvious left-facing corner.

6 bolts, anchor.

My complete anti-style: reachy, awkward, extended, contorted, power endurance. Despite all that I really like this climb. A lot harder and more sustained than Raindance. Hard 5.12b.

Careful with the two finger pocket, I ended up injuring my hand, lumbrical muscles, pretty severely from pulling on the pocket too many times Jun 19, 2016
