Access Issue: No overnight camping on PG&E property
Details
Noticed several tents while walking into the emeralds climbing area this last weekend ( 5/20/17 ). PG&E (Pacific Gas and Electric) has posted several signs at the gate and other areas that state camping is NOT allowed. Please respect this so that access does not become an issue! Thanks in advance,
Colby W.
Description
Start at an old downed tree stump. Pull a contrived mantle to a low angle slab. Traverse right to the crack. Grab large holds to an alcove with a distinct crux. Keep an eye out for the fearless lizard the route is named after on the belay ledge. He will try to tell you what's up.
Location
Furthest route right. By a tree bench.
Protection
4 bolts to a two bolt anchor with one quicklink and a bail biner.
[Hide Photo] 'Where the Green Fern Grows' is crack on the left and 'Lizard Lounge' is on the right.

I personally think the crux bolt and the one above the alcove are in good spots with the right stance. Apr 29, 2019
