The local guidebook (by Al Rubin) is available through the Western Mass Climber's Coalition... climbgneiss.org/

Location

This is in the Amphitheater (Short Wall) area. It is labeled #47 in the Rose Ledge Guidebook.

Protection

No bolts. There are large boulders and sturdy trees for anchor-building up top. Take care not to damage the trees!

[Hide Comment] This was one of the more adventurous routes I've done in the area, maybe because it was sopping wet at the start. The topout was a crux in itself, because it was incredibly dirty, and that made the manteling just a little bit more uncomfortable. I would recommend this one for sure. The top reminded me a bit of The Gunks. Sep 4, 2023
