Description

Never a lot of ice on this route, but usually just enough in the back depths of the gully to get good sticks. Protection almost non existent. A great climb for the Island offering M4 mixed conditions, with lots of stemming and good rests. Led it again early the next season, and fixed a bomber knife blade at about half way, and just before the crux, which involves facing right in a tight gap, while reaching for a few desperate rock moves into the easier terrain above.

Protection

Pitons, nuts, small rock pro, stubby ice screws...likely none will be used, and not for lack of trying
