From the lichen-encrusted slab, move left along the left-trending crack. Walk left along a ledge, then move up a sweet hand crack to a stance. Continue up, focusing on footwork, to a juggy overhang. What look like loose blocks are certainly solid, given how much chalk is on them. Protect where you can, trying to fight the pump, and pull through to another stance. Move up and left, then back right to a small ledge with bolted anchors.
