Description
Work your way up some oily (literally) low quality rock and make a surprising move onto a beautiful face. Tip toe up through a number of thoughtful moves to the anchors. Considered stout for the grade.
Location
Look for a shallow arete which looks much harder than the grade, the route itself starts below the brown face on lower quality rock which is leaking oil.

Heady climbing for the Red. The holds are great on the slab and are where you need them if you search, but the bolts are crusty, you'll be making some committing moves with your feet well over the last bolt, and there probably won't be any chalk to guide your way.
5.10b is fair, but it wouldn't be fun if that's pushing your grade. Apr 19, 2021
