Description Suggest change

Hunker onto the ramp/flake, then go up right and onto face.

See the overview map. The Power Line Boulder is barely visible looking north from CO Hwy 67 about 0.25 mile west of the RRR turnoff.

It is on the left side of the boulder.

Protection Suggest change

A TR is recommended using the block at the top for an anchor (long sling or cams?). It's not over till the top.
