Power Pagoda is a fun route that begs to be climbed when you see it from the road, and its rock quality is surprisingly good.

Start with some easy terrain to a tricky crux at the 3rd bolt moving to the lip of the halfway ledge. Another crux comes pulling off the ledge where you need to find holds around the left arete. A final punchy move gains a luxurious layback flake that takes you to the anchor.


This route is located on the left side of the Pagoda Tower. It is best to walk up the scree gulley to the left then traverse back right to the tower. A short 5th class scramble/traverse gets you to the base of the climb.


8 bolts + 2-bolt anchor.
