Keeping climbs open depends on maintaining good relationships with locals and monks. Details

The name comes from the fact that TCCM gave us 12 bolts to put up a couple of new routes; the climb isn't actually 12 bolts long. Climb through slab, vertical, and slightly overhanging terrain on big marble/limestone jugs. The route is a little bit runnout at the anchor, but all of the holds are where you need them.

Follow the path past the cave entrance and down around to the left. See photos.

4 bolts, 2 quicklinks on the anchor. Route bolted using stainless steel expansion bolts on 2/12/16.

It's a good one! A bit sharp still, but it should get better as people climb it. The crux is definitely at the top. Try not to use the tree to get through the crux! The holds are there. :) Jun 11, 2016
