Climb the steepish blocky face just right of Powerplay. A few good moves on big holds low down lead to standard fare getting to the anchors.

This is the route that squeezes Powerplay, the bouldery start route just to the left.

4 bolts and shares the anchor with Powerplay

After a couple of pre-Spring cocktails, I've decided I don't really like routes put in as "unknown" or "un-named" or whatever. If you have the real name, I'll gladly put it in, just contact me or my heirs and we'll get your glory out here for all to see. Until then... I'm just flat giving these things some names. This route is Powerplay. Check the photo in the Croft / Lewis guide. It is clearly right of overhang of what has been labelled Powerplay. Strongly disagree with the 5.8 rating. May 22, 2016

Maybe that left most route is "Buckys on the Road Again"... seemed hard for 5.9+. Rated 11b in the Strassman guide and listed as a TR. Maybe it got bolted? I'll check it out, but I think you are right. May 25, 2016
I was there in 2013 to do Whippersnapper and I don't remember the bolted line that goes over the roof being there. There is also another new route in the Chimney - we could see one bolt up high - didn't climb that one or the "roof" route. The roof route is the squeeze job. Powerplay would be more difficult and really bouldery if you started it from the ground. I stepped up on the smaller boulder and then stepped back on the bigger boulder to clip the first bolt and launched from there. It has some pretty powerful moves past the first bolt. It also has a thin section trying to get past bolt 3. I went right and back left - my follower went straight up and thought it was pretty hard. They may have rated it 10a based on those 2 sections - like so many Bamas routes it is often possible to tiptoe around on obvious features without being married to the bolt line. Nov 29, 2017
