Description

This is the loose and crappy slab left of "unknown 9+ ". No bolts but anchors on top. Not really a bomb, but not very good either.

Location

Left side of the blob left of the penguins. Easy walk up on climbers left to get to the anchors.

Protection

Two bolts on top. Rap hanger bolts.

Don't sugar coat it Russ, this route is a total bomb. I suspect the FA sunk the anchor thinking they had some magical line below only to find out there wasn't a single section of rock that would take a solid bolt placement. Hence the bailed project. They should have taken the anchors on their way out. Feb 12, 2016

After a couple of pre-Spring cocktails, I've decided I don't really like routes put in as "unknown" or "un-named" or whatever. If you have the real name, I'll gladly put it in, just contact me or my heirs and we'll get your glory out here for all to see. Until then... I'm just flat giving these things some names. Feb 12, 2016
