Description

Leftward traversing route that uses a combination of flake and face climbing. Crux is at the top.

Location

Between the trad lines of Tindall's Terror (right) and Psycho (left). Begin on a ledge left of a large Madrona tree and right of a pair of shiny new rappel chains.

Protection

Quickdraw's. Anchor at the top off a pair of cables slung around a tree.

Don't see why a tree should be used as an anchor for a route in such a popular crag, especially when there is good rock nearby for a set of anchors & chains. Doesn't take much to wear enough bark of even a largish tree to kill it, then you lose the tree AND the anchor. Jan 10, 2016
