Sit-start underneath the left side of the roof on a sharp left-hand crimp and a big sidepull on the right. Pull up to the lip and pull over.


This is the first boulder in the Southfield boulders. Take the main trail (#1), then turn left to the C trail. Boulder has a small roof to the left of the trail.

It's definitely easier if you go straight up the left side of the boulder to that jug - V2ish I think. If you go right instead to the lip of the roof and top out that way it feels harder - maybe V3-V4 range. Aug 25, 2017
