Sit start on the horizontal seam, make a long move up to the cool sloper/pinch hold, arrange your feet around and move you left hand up to the pod in the vertical seam, possibly using some small holds along the way. Then go for the top. The crux is opening move through establishing in the pod in the vertical crack.

The sloper/pinch hold is one of the coolest holds in Rumney bouldering. It feeling like gripping an oversized softball.

This line is not the most visual striking line, but it climbs really well, it should see more ascents.

I am torn on the grade for this, so please climb it and chime in on what you think. I thought it was going to be in the v6-7 range but with new beta it went easier. Just not sure how much easier. So help me get an idea of the grade! Nov 17, 2015
