Old and In The Weigh

5.7+, Sport, 50 ft (15 m),  Avg: 2.3 from 16 votes
FA: Cam Burns and Benny Bach, 7 January 2009
Utah > W Desert > Ibex > Corral Crags > Southern Corral Crag

Description

This route ascends a slabby section of an almost freestanding dome. Some frictiony feet and thinner holds in spots. Work from side to side for the best holds.

Location

Look for a gently angled runnel with bolts on the right side of it. A steeper unknown route to the right has a similar start.

Protection

Quickdraws with a two chain anchor on top. Bring some longer draws for setting up a top rope, the anchors are somewhat far apart with only a single ring for each.

[Hide Comment] This was a misprint in the guidebook. Cam wanted it called "Old And In The Weigh" :) thanks in advance for correcting it! Mar 25, 2016
