Description Suggest change

Climb up the short block to the heather ledge and gain the crack. Follow the wide crack to a tree and step left to a good stance beneath the thin crack up the face. Climb this nice crack to the top.

Upper crack is somewhat sustained, but protects well with .5-1 (BD) cams. On the harder edge of 5.10a but very nice climbing (UK rating is E1 5b and Mtn Prj doesn't translate UK grades well).

Location Suggest change

On the Victory Slab, left of the much taller Salamander Slab.

Protection Suggest change

nuts and cams to 3". Doubles of .5 to 1 (BD) cams would be useful.

Fixed anchor up and left of the top out can be used to rappel with two ropes. Otherwise, walk-off to climbers left, down the slope and back around.
