Description

The route begins with a 5.10b crack crux below a small tower. After the traversing left over the tower, climb a 5.10c crack leading up into a right-facing dihedral that takes you to the summit of the cliff band.

Location

A good landmark for finding the start of "Mister Catastrophe" is an obvious 5.10 hand crack leading to a big ledge. "Mister Catastrophe" starts just up and left of the hand crack.

Protection

Regular rack to 3.5". Arrange natural anchors in the rubble on top.
