Description

5.10 climbing out of the alcove leads to steep jams and locks lead to a cruxy face climb section, continue up into the shallow chimney (there is some crumbly rock here, watch where you put your pro) and figure out the final pull to the chains. There are rests, but the wall is steep expect to fight the pump.

Location

On the left side of the cliff, starting out of a small alcove.

Protection

Single rack blue alien to #2, doubles from green alien to #0.75. Fixed biners on top.

I remember I was happy to have 2 # 2's on this route. Great, burly climbing. That huge block at the top would absolutely crush your belayer if it came off. It seemed solid (I put and arm bar in there to rest) and I'm guessing developers put a pry bar to it during cleaning.

Well done to the locals establishing this route and cliff! Sep 5, 2017
