Description

Just under-vertical wall with crimps, a few pockets, and bad feet. Crux is moving past a small but positive crimp/sidepull just below the 4th bolt. Kind of an anomoly for Lover's Leap...no sharp holds. Shares anchor with Squirrel Nose.

Location

First route encountered on the approach after dropping over the saddle.

Protection

5 bolts, anchor.

Wow! Great route. Tricky moves on shit feet at the crux. After the fourth bolt is a nice incut hold to shake out on. Well above the last bolt, I was cranking on that hold down below my right hip on a long reach when my foot popped and took a fall full extension onto that arm and somehow held it for the onsight. Sweet route, I wouldn't wish for the send to go any other way! Get on it. May 27, 2017
