There is a foothold right by the center of the dihedral. Stem wide and look for crimps. Most people go up the crack to the left even though it is off route. It is worth going direct and then again using the crack if you want a fun variation. 5.9- and crack is 5.7 Oct 18, 2017

FYI, the stump is gone! I'd like to hear how other people climb this. I found it hard for 5.8, and actually a little tricky in a general, objective sense. Apr 9, 2016
