Nice little climb with a perfect hand crack you'd wish would go on another 50 feet at the top. Probably more like 5.8 but the guidebooks lists it at 5.9.

Ascend the slab through good holds and protection to the base of the crack. Jam it and curse the fact that it doesn't go on long enough.

On the face to the left of First Things First.

Up to 2"; one horizontal placement before the crack.

I think it's 5.9 if you follow the thin crack up the middle. (tricky pro) 5.8 to take the hand crack out right. Aug 19, 2017

Free solo up 15-20ft before you make your first placement. Footholds are tiny and you definitely need technique and route reading skills on this. Some fun moves. Cracks are small. Much harder than the 5.8 Fixer Upper on Repo II. I don't recommend the scramble up above to set up a TR anchor - navigating around the upper blocks seems dangerous and risky. This route has it's own chain anchor. Jun 25, 2018
