Access Issue: Keeping climbs open depends on maintaining good relationships with locals and monks
Details
This climbing area is intertwined with monasteries and pagodas. It is critical for climbing in Myanmar to maintain these relationships through respectful conduct with the monks and the surrounding areas. Please be modest, respectful, friendly, and responsive to the wishes of the monks and local people. Do not climb on religious monuments, and remove shoes when crossing over established pagoda areas.
Description
The extension to A Goat, A Yurt, A Wheel. Adds a committing and exposed pull over a bulge and then about 15 feet of crack climbing to the anchor. Use some extended draws on the last 3 bolts and the anchor of 'A Goat, A Yurt, A Wheel' or else rope drag will be the crux. Overall a great line to the top of the wall. It does look like a block above the first set of anchors has been glued to the wall, so tread lightly.
Location
Middle of Fire Wall, 7a on the Fire Wall topo photo.
Protection
Bolts, Carabiner at the anchor.
