The trail is often closed in the Spring until mid-may to keep the hordes of tourists off the beautifully manicured trail until it settles again.
Description
Head up sweet flakes on an unprotectable slab for 35' towards a nice corner. Place gear and keep heading up the slabs to the top. The climbing is fun and the rock is pretty solid, with some crumbly but not worrisome rock after the corner. Lichen is not a problem, and the climbing is fun! This route is a great intro to the area.
