Echo Canyon Seasonal Closure: Jan. 1 - second Saturday in April Details

Description

This starts with a pretty low first bolt. Climb on huge jugs until about 10 feet from the anchor, when the jugs disappear and you're left with really small cobbles.

Location

This is the third route from the right. See topo photo.

Protection

Many bolts, around 12 I think, and chain anchors at the top.

Fun route. Drilled holds get you blacklisted in the NW. But still fun. Aug 8, 2016

This route is terribly manufactured. The majority of the holds are drilled pockets. To make matters worse, the pockets seem to be drilled at random making for awkward movement throughout. Jul 9, 2016
