Fragile Sandstone: Don't Climb Wet Rock Details

Top Heavy is a nice line on good orange rock. Steep dynamic movement through positive holds and fun sequences leads to a very committing and high 'Kelly Mantle'. The crux of Top Heavy may be pulling over the top way out from the hands of your spotters.

Top Heavy is the center line on the tilted orange face on the East side of the Blue Marble. Take the micro gully from the wash to a pad stance below the start.

A bunch of pads for the pad perch.

Top Heavy was the first line climbed in the Blue Marble area. Seemed like a nice warm up for the other committing lines near by. Climbed sometime in the Fall of 2010 or so... Apr 5, 2015
