Keeping climbs open depends on maintaining good relationships with locals and monks Details

Hard start leads to a series of roofs above. The crux comes high on the wall stepping up and left with a bad hold under one of the roofs, but the route is generally strenuous with several moderate difficulty moves through the roofs.

Second route from the left, number 2 on the Steve Wall topo.

Bolts. Missing the first hanger, stick clip the second bolt. Chains and carabiners at the anchor.

I've only climbed it once, and it was dirty and a little loose. I'm sure it will clean up as others climb it. Mar 30, 2016
Get more people on it and more opinions! Andrew why do you think it was just ok? Was it dirty? Choosy? Too hard to too easy? Mar 26, 2016

Tyler told me that he bolted this, but never climbed it. I don't think anyone from TCCM has climbed it in the interim, so my climb today was probably the FA. If it's not let me know and I'll update the info. Overall, I don't think I would climb it again, but it was okay. "I am Made of Rice" is much more enjoyable. Aug 17, 2015
