This is the trad line that generally sticks to the easternmost (climber’s left) of the two shallow cracks that split the west face of Jericho.

It is on the west face of Jericho, facing into the large cirque (looking across at the Upper Tier).

Gear + 2-bolt anchor.

A bit a hike to get to (with nasty downclimb to anchors) - but perfect for practicing lead: short, lots of pro opps, holds and feet all the way.
The anchor - (when facing the anchor, looking over edge) bolt on the right in a rock that sings a little when tapped. Wondering is this bolt needs to moved further back from the edge with longer chain. Sep 10, 2017

I added quicklinks to the anchor yesterday, but it really needs chains. Lots of rope drag when pulling it after a rappel/lower. Jul 17, 2017

The crux seems to be at the start. The only protection here seems to be in a crack to the right of the main crack where a small cam will fit. Most of the crack seemed easier than 5.6 but was still fun. Apr 29, 2015

There is nothing to lower off of at the anchor bolts, but it is easy to walk off to climber's right of the route. Apr 27, 2015
