Description

the route pictured is prolly the easiest spot to top out. its a lil sandy up there so you mite want to bring a broom to sweep the jug finish at the top. Its a lil heady just because its flaky cement.
also fun for traverses and there are some other spots to top out that mite be a little harder/scetchier..

Location

drive north on ocean blvd and there is a staircase at the end of the road. at the bottom of the staircase you will see the wall just south.

Protection

sand is soft. i jumped from near the top with no shoes on and was fine.

Dead Center of the North Wall of Shell Beach is a fun route I chalked up in the pic. Run the Waves up, move left, then you have finger holds and an under hold to top out. Sand is soft for nice bail outs. Jumped from top layer of the rock and it was safe.

Its Sketchy. Next to the stairs and left of the swooping crack. It is one of my favorite routes on the wall but it is too close for comfort, especially if you solo it. Recommend using a crash pad for the column for extra safety. (You can Top Rope this!)
