While not in Dixville Notch, Beaver Brook Falls can easily be combined with an ascent of Parasol Gully to round out a day of great moderate ice climbing.

Climb the waterfall and cascades, which are roughly 200 feet high and grade NEI 1-3, depending on where you climb.

Beaver Brook Falls is just north of Colebrook, NH on NH 145.

Ice gear.

Located on NH Route 145, not US Route 3 as per the guidebook. Also, be aware that the actual ice climbing section is about 20' high, and the rest is walking. Mar 7, 2015
