Description

Currently the only multi-pitch sport route at Tham Pla (April 2017). This is an easy but long 3 pitch route that gets shade most of the afternoon. The view at the top is amazing.

Long pitches means you will need 3 rappels to get down unless you have an 80m rope.

  • First Pitch: 20m - 5b
  • Second Pitch: 33m - 5c
  • Third Pitch: 32m - 6a

Warning: This route can get DIRTY and is a bit run out. Bring extra slings if you want to protect. The start of pitches 2 and 3 traverse out a bit and can be protected with a sling.

Location

Reservoir Wall Topo
The rightmost route on the reservoir wall. Starts on one of the incut slabs and goes all the way to the top.

Protection

Well bolted EXCEPT around the start of the third pitch.
