Ok, so it isn't on the Watchtower but near -about another 1/2 mile or less at the back of the basin. There is a WI5 on the left often with a freestanding pillar, a WI4 in the center near a dihedral corner, and a WI3 on the right up a couple steps and up inconsistent thin ice, with other variations ranging in difficulty. Walk off west or rappel from trees. Assess avalanche conditions on the slopes above.

This is a common summer and winter hike in Sequoia starting from the Lodgepole trailhead. Follow the stream from the parking lot crossing the bridge after a 1/4 mile or so and heading up canyon following the stream to the falls. At the end of the trail climb down and across questionable snow bridges to the ice.

Screws or TR.

The large boulder on top, to the left of the tree, also has a 2 bolt anchor on it Mar 5, 2016
Thank you for sharing the bolt location. I was able to dig out the snow at the boulder and top rope the WI5 pillar from there. Feb 6, 2017
