Start this route at the obvious weakness between The Weeping Crack and the bolts of Dread the Shred (furthest right bolts).

The route follows the Orange striped weakness through easy 5.6-5.8 terrain past 3 bolts. Once the 4th bolt is clipped the harder moves begin. Climb through a V3 sequence of 7 Stenuous moves with tricky feet to clip the chains.

Between Weeping Wall and Dread The Shred

5 3/8"x3" Powers Bolts with Fixe hangers
2 bolt anchor with 3.5"x 3/8" Powers Bolts fixed with 5/8" plated chain and 5/8" quick links

An additional 3/8"x3" Powers Bolt w/ Fixe hanger was added above the anchor to allow for safe access for setting up a top rope on In To Deep and Dread the Shred.

I really like the moves at the top of this route. Really easy start, makes for a good warm up, then finishes with some fun/difficult moves requiring some body english to complete. May 2, 2015

Tough top moves! Almost took my index finger nail off taking a small fall near the top while leading. Little blood but still have my finger! Fun! Aug 8, 2015

Easy start, probably 5.7-ish. Once you get to the overhang you hit the crux. My fingers were bleeding after this one. Fun route, not sustained 5.11a. Oct 30, 2017
