This high quality face climb offers a great taste of what the harder, famous lines on this wall have to offer in a compact package. The tedious approach detracts slightly, but the climbing on the stellar upper headwall is well worth the effort.

Scramble up the big right-facing corner, clipping an old hidden piton along the way. Chalk up, take a deep breath, then pull onto the wall, utilizing a big undercling flake to reach a mini ledge. Awesome pockets lead up the wall, where all your technical skills will be tested on edges, pockets and knobs.

The furthest left line on the Sautanz wall, beginning up a long right-facing dihedral.

A fixed pin and several ring bolts. It's slightly runout to the first pin, but the climbing is easy.
