Description

From where the main hiking trail meets the cliff face (the location of the classic Bernalina), this is the second line of bolts. The route is located about 25 feet up and right of Bernalina and just above a large boulder. The climb has pink bolt hangers. Both pitches are about 5.8/9 and 20-25 meters long.

Location

From where the main hiking trail meets the cliff face (the location of the classic Bernalina), this is the second line of bolts. The route is located about 25 feet up and right of Bernalina and just above a large boulder. The climb has pink bolt hangers. You can either do two rappels down the route with a 60m rope or join another climb to reach the summit of the formation (the summit can be reached in four pitches).

Protection

This route is generally sport bolted (pink bolt hangers) with sport anchors about 20-25 meters apart. With 10-14 quickdraws you can combine the two pitches into one 50-ish meter pitch.
