Stand start the obvious arete to the left of 'Nose Picker'. Start left hand on a good side pull on the left of the arete and right on a small crimp on the right side. Pick some feet and make a long move to the good hold up and right, work your way to the good holds on the top.

Looks like a sit start is possible starting in the corner left of the arete. Im sure it has been done, I have not tried it however.

On the Smiley Boulder left of the obvious nose feature called 'Nose Picker' stand start the short arete.
