Description

Continuous 5.9 crack climbing for over 110 feet! Very small seam to start, with tricky climbing for the first 20'. Crack widens to fingers & hands and eases up a bit. Widens to fist jams at 90' where you pull a small roof and continue up the widening fissure to Arm-bars at the anchors. You need a 70m rope to desend, (or use Monster Crack's anchors for 2nd Rap).

Protection

large rack, gear to 3"

Super fun route! Doubles from .3 to 3" works well. Felt like 5.9. Probably one of the best routes here, and one of the best trad routes outside of Beacon Rock. Full 35m route! Jun 22, 2016

#4 might be nice at the top, but the wider-than-fists section is brief and easier. Fantastically continuous route with rests when you need them. Jul 10, 2017

Really great route. The bottom is definitely tricky, what with the moss and lack of good gear opportunities. I took doubles and a 4", but didn't place the latter. Jun 4, 2018

Bottom dirty and mossy. Start is protectable. I used ring locks in the lower middle section. Roof is not the crux. Jul 8, 2018
