Access Issue: Echo Canyon Seasonal Closure: Jan. 1 - second Saturday in April (and sometimes longer)

The Echo Canyon climbing areas are located within the Henefer-Echo Wildlife Management Area. The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources closes all access to the WMA each year from January 1 to the second Saturday in April (and sometimes longer) to protect wintering wildlife.
Description
This is one of the routes on the section of the wall where it is steep for the first 20 feet or so which makes it fun. The crux is the first three bolts where the route is slightly overhanging and the moves are decently long. After that, the route just gets easier the higher you get as the route becomes more and more slabby.
