FA: Liz Hajek
Minnesota > Sandstone > Eldon

Description

One of the, if not the, best slab problems in MN.

REMEMBER:
-If it has rained in the past 24 hours, do not climb at Eldon.
-Wipe your shoes off before you climb.
-Leave no trace. Erase tick marks. Pack out any trash, yours or others'.

Location

Obvious large slab just below the Raven. From Pocket Hercules, walk toward the River Boulder. As you walk, look up hill. At the base of the hill, right where it begins to rise, you'll see the slab. If you have made it to the old road, you have gone to far.

GPS: 46.1316147, -92.8554006

Protection

1-2 pads.

[Hide Comment] Bummer about the name for such an incredible climb! I'll trust Mrs. Helke's intentions though :-) Nov 3, 2020
