Our buddy nearing the top of the climb! Easy but flowy and fun movement on this one.

Finally RP'd the slab below (lowest bolt) but the upper arete is so good all the way up on Downtown. Photo taken by Mrs BenjamN. (permission sketchy at best).

[Hide Comment] At the third bolt, there is a thin slab move (10a) you can cheat across by pulling the sling. The rest of the route is really nice mid-5th face on the exposed arete! Ignore the bolts that continue upward into dirty ramps - they run out Sep 16, 2018

[Hide Comment] Crack to in book takes gear at least 2/3 way. Lots of rope drag so stepped right back onto route. Might be fun crack if using double rope for beginning AO traverse and then gear climb. Sep 17, 2020

[Hide Comment] Such a fun route! Everyone in our party found the slab move super reachy and tricky, would have to try it again next time but we all aided through it and enjoyed the rest of the beautiful climb! The pull on the draw is super easy and the rest of the climb is very fun, get on it! Jun 13, 2021
