Description

Tiger Walk ascends a nice, overhung bulge. The rock is clean for the first half, including the crux - pulling the overhang. The rock can be dirty at the top.

This is a fun climb that lets up a bit after the overhang.

It is usually shaded.

Location

This is located between Sideline and Rhino-Dyno on the overhang Buttress.

Protection

A top rope can be tricky to set up without gear.

Fun route with some funky jams and underclings. I don't think the route let up after the overhang. The topout is a moss covered friction slap with a bit of a runout below it. I had to place a cam around the side of the arete to protect and ended up doing a last ditch beached-whale to top out. Setting up a TR afterwards is impossible without gear--need a few cams to make a directional and an anchor (I didn't trust the tree at the top of the Lunge entirely). Mar 27, 2016
