This route requires power, balance, and body tension. It will test your versatility.


Ten feet right of Hidden Dragon. Look for the first bolt in a gently overhanging shield of dark rock. Step off the slab into underclings.


13 bolts. A stick clip might be wise as the bouldery crux is off the ground.

Please use carabiners on the chains to lower and leave them for the next climber.

Very enjoyable climb; recommended. I'd suggest stick clipping the second bolt the first time you try this. It's an OK clip if you do everything perfectly, but if you get the beta wrong, you risk a bad upside down fall or groundfall here.

Other beta: Bring a long runner for the 3rd bolt, and wrap a bit of tape around the base of your left pinky to save some skin on the initial crux. Apr 17, 2016
