Description
Effects Of The High starts by stemming up to a bulge and the first bolt 15' up the cliff next to whats left of an old bee's nest. Small gear with an extendible can be used to protect the first moves. Pull the bulge and to gain more technical move on overhanging rock all the way to the anchor.
