Note that the annual closures of the Park View Dome, The Ranch Hand, Black Creek Wall, and Sawmill Crag have been permanently lifted. These cliffs will continue to be monitored, but will only close if a new nest is spotted.

The 2 routes Elwood P. Dowd, and Harvey are tributes to Mary Chase, who owned part of Staunton Park. She wrote the play Harvey, that became the classic movie Harvey, 1950, starring James Stewart, as Elwood P. Dowd, Harvey is a 6'3" 1/2 tall, invisible white rabbit, aka the Pooka, a benign but mischievous creature from Celtic mythology.
Location
At the base of the Meadow Dome, heading up and left is the start of the Permission Wall.
This is the 3rd bolted route on Permission Wall, the 1st bolted one is Harvey.
