One of the most famous pitches in Switzerland and the must-climb of the Albigna area. A really exposed but well-bolted line climbs the south face of the 'flame'. One of the best summit shots imaginable! Two tricky moves. Watch for the hidden step at the fourth bolt!

Climb a route on the east face of the Spazzacaldeira or go there by foot. The obvious line on the summit spire!

7 bolts. Top anchor.

Sick climb! But when they put up the new bolts they didn't put one at the Crux move. The move is not that difficult but I slipped and took a pretty wicked fall and sprained my ankle and put some pretty bad wear on my rope. If you have a small cam to protect the fall right next to hidden step it wouldn't be the worst idea. Jun 17, 2018
