Really good and fun highball. Not sure about the rating though? Felt to be around V6.

Stand start on the face just left of the arete. Climb up with some tricky foot sequences and then eventually grabbing the arete. Top out with care.

You can see it from the road.

Several Pads.

This line is V2 or V3 if consistent with Joshua Tree and Yosemite ratings. Calling it V6 is utterly ridiculous. That being said, I feel it is PG 13 because there are layback type moves about 12 feet up and it felt like if a foot popped you might barndoor over to uneven ground and the other big rock. Super fun! The problem is on the north side of the road about a quarter mile east of the tenaya parking lot. Sep 2, 2014
