Access Issue: Rocks above climbing area dangerously destabilized. Details

Description

Climb a junky unprotected 5.5 block up to a large ledge/cave. There is a bolt in there that can be clipped but should be unclipped from above once next is clipped. Then jus GO! It's really just two meathook on top of each other with a little crux at the second last bolt. Get ready to take WHIPPERS!

Location

Furthest right in Meathooks cave (but not the junk route coming out of the rat shit cave)

Protection

Bolts - lots of them (14?)and anchors

Super, duper enjoyable. Feels closer to 11c/d in my mind, but maybe 12a compared to the crag. Again, super fun. Don't blow it before the bolt. I skipped the first. Sep 5, 2016

No move harder than 5.10+ on this one but I guess the pump could get you. Ridiculously fun either way, I've never climbed anything quite like this. Jul 10, 2017
