Didgeridude

5.8, Sport, 70 ft (21 m),  Avg: 3.2 from 5 votes
FA: Grahm, Doe, Tom Slater 10-2010
California > Western Sierra > Shuteye Ridge > Midway Dome

Description

A nice clip-up on a highly featured and steep face, this route is a wonderful climb that would have a huge line if it were alongside the road rather than in the middle of nowhere.

Locate the detached pointy boulder to the right of the water chute in the center of the face. Climb this, clip a bolt under a bulge, then trend up and left toward the water chute past six more bolts to a pair of bolts with quicklink that serve as an anchor for this and Bullroarer, the .11b to the left.

Location

Easy to spot just to the right of the water chute that divides the highly-featured face in half.

Protection

7 bolts, chain anchor.

[Hide Comment] Tough first couple of moves then eases up to super brainy interesting rock. Good opportunity to top rope the 11b. Worth checking out on the way back from the Big Sleep summit!! Sep 26, 2016
