This is the span of snow sweeping the broader parts of Mount Evans' north face. The widest ski lines available outside of the sunrise couloir are on this line.
The steepness reaches 40 degress. The snow does not always reach the ridge.

Climb from the east end of Summit Lake into the summit lake bowl. Directly ahead, between The Snave and The Diamond Couloirs is the North Face Snowfield.

Ice axe and crampons.
