Look for a fallen tree that has been cut off. To the immediate right is a small blade like arete. Climb this blade then step left under a small over hang. Continue up over the overhang, then up to another. Work your way left around this overhang. Then head straight up towards the obvious tree root at the top.

Just to the right of Big Easy

Recommend to rope only.

there use to be a block at the last ceiling were u have to traverse left under and alcove before the headwall. the block had a bolt on it. and it became dislodged and rolled down over the hill. bolt and all. last time i was there the rock that was dislodged was still over the hill with the bolt still attatched. thus the route was never fully equiped after the fall. tuff route but believe your 10a rating is spot on.just thought you'd like some history on some of these routes. That block is still there down by the river, bolt still attached. The giant tree at the top has fallen during a storm and at the bottom of the route. Jun 10, 2014
