Not sure on either account. The V9 I think is a mystery FA, thus no name. I could be wrong. Mr. Cox might know. Mr. Cox??

I think there could be a sit start added into this, maybe bumping the grade one or two higher. JJ do you know if its been done? I assume the DRL's have probably gotten after it already.

Also any help with the name of the V9 route that goes out right from this line would be appreciated. Feb 25, 2015

I used to hit these boulders quite a bit. Great stone, cool lines, easy access. Thanks for adding them. May 27, 2014

Thanks for the info JJ. I was typing this off of faint memory from looking at a guidebook once. Figured I would put these things up on here because I find them to be some of the funnest and best problems in Prescott when you want to give your skin a break from Groom! May 27, 2014

I could be way out of the loop, but I think you are describing DRL Drive, given V7 back in the day. Unless you are describing the line just right which takes on the bulge. A significant step up in difficulty, and I don't know the given name.

The "DRLs" were a strong crew of motivated climbers back in the late nineties/early 2000 with a penchant for partying, and hard climbing. and I believe DRL Drive is both a street(?) and an older underground movie showcasing the exploits of the group. May 26, 2014
